Forecasting of power system electric load has been prepared while using artificial neuron networks.
The paper considers a problem pertaining to truth control of dublicate measurings of technological variables under conditions of data deficit on characteristics of measuring facilities and controlled variables.
The proposed control method improves a probability to detect and identify untrue dublicate measurings.
The paper presents results of practical calculation for electric power technical losses on the basis of a combined calculation methodology for 0,38–10 kV electrical networks. The results have been evaluated and analyzed in the paper. The paper considers an influence of non-uniform loading of 0.38 kV network phases on electric power technical losses.
The robustness property determines sensitivity of drive quality to immeasurable deviations of its parameters and characteristics of disturbing influences. The paper shows that a standard drive has a local speed feedback in order to ensure robustness at a conversion rate. The feedback covers drive executive elements.
The robustness has a special character only in respect of the straight chain conversion rate in the structure of the standard drive.
Consequently, an actual problem is to ensure drive robustness in respect of other changing parameters and disturbing characteristics including characteristics of un-stationary character.
The paper contains definition of a smoothing factor which is suitable for any rectifier filter. The formulae of complex smoothing factors have been developed for simple and complex passive filters. The paper shows conditions for application of calculation formulae and filters.

The paper considers design variants and requirements to temperature regime of an ice field which is used for organization of ice-hockey, figure skating and skating competitions. The purpose of the presented paper is to ensure the conditions which make it possible to obtain high sports results owing to preparation of an ice-field with the required characteristics. A heat-conductivity differential equation with due account of heat-exchange convective processes on the surface of an ice-field and radiation heat-exchange with surrounding structures has been solved with the help of numerical methods as applied to conditions of the problem.
The paper contains an analysis of thermal stressed state of a cast-iron recuperator element wall in the case when a cast-iron needle recuperator operates in the state of elasticity and elastic-plasticity.
Heating speed evaluation of heat-exchange surface at furnace start-up is given in the paper.
The paper considers developed technological schemes of non-discharge methods of partial water softening using zeolite process with discharge reagentless utilization. Various versions of technological schemes of partial water softening are proposed in the paper.
The paper shows that while distributing loads among boilers an account of the power consumed by draught machinery with various regulation systems shifts an optimum point of load distribution by 2–5%.
The paper considers realization of heat pumping technologies advantages at heat power generation for heat supply needs on the basis of combining electric drive heat pumping units with water heating boilers as a part of a combined heat pumping station.
The possibility to save non-renewable energy resources due to the combined heat pumping stations utilization instead of water heating boiler houses is shown in the paper.
The calculation methodology for power efficiency for introduction of combined heat pumping stations has been developed. The seasonal heat needs depending on heating system temperature schedule, a low potential heat source temperature and regional weather parameters are taken into account in the calculations.
HYDRAULIC POWER ENGINEERING
The paper considers a mathematical model for process of pressure impulse distribution in a water well which appear as a result of underwater gas explosions in cylindrical and spherical explosive chambers with elastic shells and in a rigid cylindrical chamber which is open from the bottom. The proposed calculation methodology developed on the basis of the mathematical model makes it possible to determine pressure in the impulse on a filter wall and at any point of a water well pre-filter zone.

The paper reveals main shortcomings of an existing target indicator on energy savings for GPO Belenergo. A relative target indicator on energy savings, as well as a cost target indicator on energy savings for ranking regional RUE GPO Belenergo on fuel utilization efficiency are proposed in the paper.
