Abstract
In order to optimize normal regimes of the power transmission lines notions of economic, maximum and the largest efficiency of a transmission line are used. Power losses by wire corona transmission losses are considered.

Abstract

The paper considers pulse phase-locked loops (PPLL) in which switching of structure and parameters is used for improvement of dynamic and spectral characteristics Classification of existing switching algorithms is given in the paper. The paper proposes designing methodology that takes into account discrete and non-linear characteristics of the considered devices, and also requirements to synchronism, stability, speed, spectral characteristics, peculiarities of various switching algorithms. Practical approbation of the methodology has been carried out.

Abstract
Probabilistic-statistical analysis and cumulative diagrams of basic parameters of 6-10 kV overhead lines applied in agriculture have been executed and constructed in the paper.

Abstract

A complex mathematical model of behaviour of consolidated power systems with strong and weak internal intersystem electrical links in steady and self-steady modes is offered in view of automatic control of frequency, voltage and power. The model takes into account change of parameters of the circuit diagram according to frequency deviations and allows to simulate processes of frequency and power regulation in power system, direct current inserts, technical limitations and load effect.

Abstract
Node potential method has made it possible to justify that a three-phase meter of active energy is metering the whole consumed active energy at non-symmetric regimes of three-phase four-wire grid of 0,4 kV. The paper considers problems of non-balance in the readings of active energy meters installed , at different points of the 0,4 kV grid with non - symmetric regimes. In order to determine the rate of three-phase four-wire 0,4 kV grid non-symmetry it is suggested to introduce an additional criterion for the current GOST (All-Union State Standard) that is a magnitude of neutral wire current which can be easily determined for practical calculations.

Abstract
The paper presents composition and brief characteristics of diagnostic moduli applied in an automatic system for detection and analysis of failures iii operation of boiling and turbine equipment at thermal power stations. Realization of automatic analysis in respect of technological situations makes it possible to form messages for duty personnel. These messages contain data which is considered as an important one at the actual moment and the messages have such form that ensures the most favourable conditions in order to take a decision pertaining to on-line control of the equipment operation.

Abstract
Technologies concerning energy usage of shales are considered in the paper. The paper reveals an efficiency of a steam-gas plant with inter-cycle gasification of combustible shales in boiling layer under pressure.

Abstract

Using calculus techniques of solving filter equations the investigation has been carried out to find air distribution in cross-section area of storing bunkers and trenches. The engineering procedure has been suggested to estimate processes of air flow in temporary works for storing agricultural products and a method for calculating aerodynamic resistance in layers of stored products has been developed. At the design stage the presented information allows to choose an efficient ventilating system and the required type of a storing bunker.

Abstract
One of the most vital problems in the field of power engineering is a reduction of construction cost. Expenses on construction and operation of engineering networks ensuring functional purpose of buildings. The given paper proposes a methodology for hydraulic calculation of engineering pipeline networks. This methodology allows to reduce cost of the networks up to 5% at the stage of designing while ensuring the same technological parameters and reliability

Abstract

The paper considers some problems of efficient dissolution of contaminative deposits by acid reagents which are accumulated in the pores of gravelling and water well filters.

Tests of reagents in terms of their corrosive effect on the elements of a well filter have been carried out.

Abstract

Dependence for calculation of working fluid supply to water-air ejector is proposed. The dependence has been derived via analysis and processing of data being obtained by experimental research of water-jet devices.

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to investigate stationary laminar axial symmetric motion of a viscous liquid film on an internal wall of a vertical cylinder under influence of the swirled gas flow. The exact self-similar solution of Navier - Stokes equations for axial and tangential speed components has been obtained. Hydrodynamic characteristics of the film motion and analytical conditions for possible motion regimes have been found.
