ELECTRICAL POWER ENGINEERING
The article describes principles of fulfillment of flexible formers of orthogonal input value components and possibilities of their utilization in micro-processing рrotection of рower рlants. The fulfillment of flexible formers of orthogonal components is based on contracted intervals of input value observation in transient regimes of faults in order to raise fast-response рrotection.
It is installed that hooking two lines and two transformers at scheme distributing device by voltage 330 sQ «transformers – a buses with joining line through two breakers» and three installed transformer on substations brings about reduction of the factor to unavailability in 18,2 times in contrast with scheme with two transformers. At connection of the third transformer through two breakers factor to unavailability practically does not change.
At connection one of the transformer through two breakers, at one-and-a-half-breaker scheme RU 330 sQ factor to unavailability falls in 6,6 times to scheme RU 330 sQ «transformers – a buses with joining line through two breakers» under three transformers.
Causes of occurrences electrostatic discharges (ESD) on high-voltage electric substation were investigated and dependences values ESD’s on parameters interaction structures, humidity of air were found. Experimental research values ESD’s on high-voltage electric substation and in man-made conditions was fulfilled. Uncertainty measurement’s was taken into consideration by research results analyze. Matching with research of other authors was made. Danger ESD’s for electric devises was established.
The paper considers the distinctive features of different types of single-phase damage in the distribution networks. By results of researches the algorithm is developed for definition of type of single-phase damage on the basis of the information on emergency operation parameters.
The results can be used in devices of microprocessor relay protection when implementing a function fault location in distribution power networks.
Due to its intrinsic simplicity and reliability, the switched reluctance motor (SRM) has now become a promising candidate for variable-speed drive applications as an alternative induction motor in various industrial application. However, the SRM has the disadvantage of nonlinear characteristic and control. It is suggested to use controller based on fuzzy logic system. Design of FLS controller and simulation model presented.
New power lines of concentric designs with improved electrical parameters are proposed. In these power lines natural power of one voltage class is directly proportional to the number of drives in a split-phase and doesn’t almost depend on wire size ling and the distance between approximated wires of opposite phases. Lines of different voltage classes with the same number of wires in a split-phase have practically equal values of the equivalent parameters – inductance, capacitance and wave resistance.
The system of wires transposition is offered, which provides the same load of wire lines and allows the intermediate power selection at any line point and its entirety.
НEAT POWER ENGINEERING
In this article, on the base of heat exchange analysis in heat supply systems with rotational heat generator, a calculated formula for estimation of heat transfer from the surface of heating device is obtained, taking into account its probability (random) orientation in space. It is shown the most probable position of heating devices in heating system of mobile object.
The analysis of heat and thermo-stressed state of plane channels with moving melts of liquid metals is carried out.
The developed mathematical model and numerical experiment allow to determine the main control parameters of special types of casting for fabricating thin pieces by pressing, liquid stamping methods and low pressure die and regulated casting.
Method of digital signals’ filter characteristics is determined, obtained from power equipment control. They provide minimization of random noise influence by estimation parameters changes, determining the state of equipment and its operation. It is a different technique which allows to take into account the role of the main factors, determining control system’s efficiency: unequal influence of probability errors (1st and 2nd types) of equipment operation faults or their absence.
Human factor is one of the main determining factors in providing stability and reliability of power systems operation. In this context it is significant to estimate the level of professional activity efficiency of operational staff for boiler-turbine department of power stations.
The article presents developed by the author algorithm of carrying out such research as well as the results of experimental research, carried out in one of the power stations of the state industrial unity “Belenergo” in order to show up the levels of professional activity efficiency of operational personnel (operator of central heat control panel of boilers, senior operator of boiler equipment) of turbo-boiler room.

In this article the experience of JSC ”Beltransgas” has been generalized, and the main ways of reliabilty increasing of gas supply systems in the Republic of Belarus are considered. The main attention is paid to the energy-saving technologies owing to the usage of compressor-transfer device’s potential and modern methods and materials for insulation and re-insulation of steel pipes of big diameter to provide conditions for long-term service.
