In this article the control methods of reliability of measurements of power variables on Bayes’ criterion and multi-identification method of inexact measurements are developed.
We consider the application of embedded microcontrollers and industrial controllers with built-in operating systems.
With the development of embedded operating systems and technology of open standard IEC 61131-3 product developer can write their own program management and support staff – to modernize management program.

The problem of synthesis and qualitative estimation of the harmonic composition of voltages of multiple uniform PWM pulses generated by trapezoidal and sinusoidal functions is considered. Analytical expressions for PWM pulses parameters ai and ti have been received and they can be used for program-based generation of multiple uniform PWM, determination of n-harmonic magnitude in pulse-width regulation and AC motor operation simulation.
Actual application of solar energy in self-reacting devices for domestic purposes is considered in this paper.
Synthesized algorithm for electromagnetic rotor time constant, active resistance and equivalent leakage inductance of stator induction motor for free rotating rotor. The problem is solved for induction motor model in the stationary stator frame α-β. The algorithm is based on the use of recursive least squares method, which ensures high accuracy of the parameter estimates for the minimum time. The observer does not assume prior information about the technical data machine and individual parameters of its equivalent circuit. Results of simulation demonstrated how effective of the proposed method of identification. The flexible structure of the algorithm allows it to be used for preliminary identification of an induction motor, and in the process operative work induction motor in the frequency-controlled electric drive with vector control.

Tendencies of power engineering development in the world were shown in this article. There were carried out the thermodynamic Analysis of efficient usage of different types of fuel. This article shows the obtained result, which reflects that low-calorie fuel (from the point of thermodynamics) is more efficient to use at steam power stations then high-energy fuel.
This article informs about general problem’s solution dealing with expended fuel for receiving of work and heat at combined Plant with all types of heat engines.
The paper presents the ecological and economical characteristics of different ways for purifying of waste gases from sulfurous anhydride (SO2).And proved that the least expenditures for purification of 1000 m3 have: lime and limestone, but also electron beam Methods. But,
electron beam Method allow at the same time to carry out the purification of smoke gases from SO2 and NOх.
The paper contains the results of efficiency evaluation of using the electric boilers to improve maneuver capabilities of the cogeneration combined cycle power plants (as an example, 230 MW combined cycle unit of Minsk CHP-3) in comparison with the traditional steam-turbine units of cogeneration power plants.
The article presents invention, which allows to create compact and cheap fog-forming devices for industrial hothouses (plants), greenhouses, storehouses, testing polygons and other Objects. Besides, this invention gives the possibilities to modernize the traversers of gas-water fire-fighting type AGVS-100 or AGVS-150, using turbojet engines. Utilization of fog-forming machines among fire-fighting devices will increase the effectiveness in fire-fighting of forest and industrial Objects and oil fields.
