Abstract

The paper considers an influence of the error correcting digitization interval on frequency
properties of algorithms. These algorithms concern resistant measuring elements of
microprocessor distance protection . In order to evaluate the correction error a program modeling
distribution electrical network has been used and a number of calculation experiments have been
carried out. Sensitivity of the algorithms on error magnitude for digitization frequency assignment
has been estimated.

Abstract
The paper presents mathematical models and results of computer calculations on various types of low-frequency oscillation of wires. The proposed universal numerical method for calculation of wire dynamics is based on model of a wire in the form of flexible and elastic thread. While assigning combined boundary problems of wire dynamics a principle of mechanics links. Package of computer programs for calculation of electro-dynamic stability, dancing and sub-oscillations of electrical installation wires in power systems has been set up and evaluated.

Abstract

A method on selection and development of efficient hierarchical dispatching control service in power system has been considered on the basis of quantitative characteristics of integrity property. Taking development of dispatching control service in Azerbaijan power system the paper demonstrates the proposed method.

Abstract
The paper considers a wind power installation with asynchronous electric generator which is integrated in large power system. Mathematical model describing a wind motor, an asynchronous generator, step-up transformers, cable and open-air electric power lines has been used to obtain linear polynomials. These polynomials make it possible to investigate the influence of asynchronous generator parameters and average wind velocity on quasi-stationary operational conditions of a system wind power installation. Methodology on selection of optimum active resistance quantity for a short-circuited winding of an asynchronous generator rotor in a system wind power installation has been elaborated

Abstract

Milling process in the closed cycle of a roller mill has been analyzed and its diagram has been drawn up. The diagram objectively shows influence of all factors on milling process. Optimization technique of the main technological mill parameters is proposed in the paper. Results on optimization are confirmed experimentally. The optimization technique and its approbation have shown that it is possible to calculate with high accuracy maximum milling rate and productivity of a roller mill at optimum values of main parameters.

Abstract

The papers considers problems concerning introduction of neutron regulator into engineering practice. The regulator makes it possible to regulate CO, N0^ and O2 values with the purpose to optimize ejections into environment. The paper contains scheme of automation control of cyclone dust and coal burner with the help of a neutron regulator.

Abstract

Models for computer analysis of crystallization process in metallurgical ingots obtained as a result of continuous steel casting are proposed in the paper. Calculations of spatial distribution of temperatures, stresses and carbon in a steel ingot of 250x300 mm size have been made in respect of a real continuous steel casting machine.
