Selection of Criteria for Evaluation of Schedule Smoothness in Respect of Power System Load with 24-Hourly Interval for Elaboration of Electric Consumption Tariff Plans
Abstract
The paper contains a comparative analysis of the known and proposed criteria for evaluation of schedule smoothness of power system load and calculative results of tariff plans that take into account as a schedule type of consumer and power system load and so the rate of their incompatibility. Some specific calculative formulae for determination of numerical characteristics of electric consumption tariff plans are proposed in the paper.
