Calculation Model of Energy Consumption for Technology Concerning Production of Baked Goods in Consumer Cooperation of the Republic of Belarus
Abstract
The paper contains an analysis and description of problems pertaining to efficient application of energy in bakery industry of the consumer cooperation of the Republic of Belarus. A special attention is given to justification and description of the proposed calculation of energy consumption while producing baked goods which is based on individualization of standard bread production plants and development of standard technological sets of equipment
