Basic Principles on Rational Heat Utilization from Industrial Furnace Surfaces

Abstract
The executed analysis has shown that high operational temperature of 200–400 оС in the area of outside furnace surface can be decreased up to safety level by selection of dimensions and thermal and physical properties of heat insulation materials and due observation of some boundary conditions. Method for utilization of heat being supplied from hot surface of the same furnace (boundary conditions being observed) with the help of the installed corresponding heat exchanger is considered as a second variant in the paper. Software permitting to execute the required analytical calculations have been elaborated in the paper.
