Отмечено, что основными типами электрических макромоделей, используемых при моделировании многофункциональных полупроводниковых ИП, следует считать приближенные макромодели, которые строятся на основе упрощенной исходной схемы на компонентном уровне, и формальные макромодели, базирующиеся на формальной аппроксимации внешних характеристик многофункциональных ИП.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper examines electric models of semi-conductor measuring converters.
