Показано, что вместо собственных значений индикаторов в главной диагонали можно использовать функциональную зависимость этих индикаторов от времени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper describes a method for assessing the development of the energy security equation using the relationship indicators.
